Symposium Fees:
Participant – $1,195
Spouse/Guest – $400
SYMPOSIUM FEE INCLUDES:
Symposium materials, admittance to the general sessions featuring professional speakers and all meals.
SPOUSE / GUEST FEE INCLUDES:
All meals and keynote speaker.
MEALS:
Sunday night Welcome Reception, Monday breakfast and lunch and Tuesday breakfast.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received 30 to 6 business days prior to the Symposium, will be refunded minus a $500 fee. Cancellations 5 business days or less are nonrefundable. Substitutions are accepted.
